Average salary is low for junior levels It's a service company, so if the project is over, you will come on bench and would be in trouble.

Gives opportunity to build and extend your technical capabilities. Every project provides a new set of challenges and learning. Opportunities are available in wide plethora of domains ... including cutting edge LTE/4G, Cloud, Android etc. If you are passionate about development/programming ... no better place than this to work for.

Cons

In one word ... very demanding ... but that's the beauty ... that's the way you enjoy your job. It's not routine 9-5 job.

No one bothers you. Nobody care. You get paycheck and they get theirs.

Cons

No communication. I still don't know who my real manager is after 1 1/2 years as it changed 3 times.
