      For initial learning, it is good company,

      but for long term it will destroy your dream/career by putting here and there in project. and you will be master in none and jack of all. and then you will loose your confidence because in profile you will be having many years experience but in actual you are not master in any one domain.

      No employee value at lower positions. Difficult to maintain your skillset. You have to go extra mile all the time to drive your career. Leads are too much comfortable in carrying the old methodologies and unopened to change. Transparency, visibility all depends on the project and manager in hand.
