You can Expect Professional behavior from Managers unlike startups. Company provides Base platform to learn and emerge. You could learn what is CMMI level here. Otherwise it is up to the individual. Decent hike and the managers would appreciate the work and rewards will be there if done the job good.
Cons
Team outing is needed for team collaboration. Some times worst work will be given in some projects.
