      Its a good place to work. Balanced work and life style. Its a good place with fun and work all the time.

      Some of the Management people dont know about the professional ethics and i am not sure they ended up in that position.

      Pros

      Here, you can learn a lot. In just 2-3 years we learned a lot. Hike was good last year. Nalanda training of Aricent is very very good. faculty is very educated and from IITs.

      Cons

      Management never put much effort to keep their employee in company. Switching between projects is very difficult. You can't go to your manger and fight that you don't want to work in this project. May be you would be thrown out of this company. Client is God for them.
