      1. Good learning for freshers. 2. flexible timing. 3. you can get 10-12 % hike yearly. 4. Timely promotion.

      Cons

      1. Policies are bad even not transparent. 2. HR team is not active. 3. To much politics 4. Not good payer. 5. Manager are not looking for employee satisfaction. 6. No Work life balance.

      Great work culture. No timing restriction to work. No dress code. They provide good hike, average 8-9 % per annum.

      Cons

      Management keep changing the policies without taking employee's suggestion and impose new policies to employees which makes employee to feel bad.
