      If you can get on with management and listen to their needs and demands..it can be a good place to work, it's salary is slightly better than it's competitors.

      Cons

      - Bad management. - Favortism - Criticality more important than your performance - Little support from HR. One gets a feeling that anything your share with 'em it gets communicated to Management

      Good collegues and good infrastructure. Good product line and innovative ideas. Lots to learn if you are beginer. Training courses and facility is nice.

      Cons

      Lost its focus and direction due to lack of vision from senior management. HR can not control attrition. Global business focus is missing
