      Pros

      Good salaries when you come in, Health care insurance and works council, A lot of training available, Good relationships with the HR & Managers.

      Cons

      Not any opportunities to grow within the company, neither increasing of salary, even if you are doing a good job or remain in the company for few years. As a consultant, it's hard to feel inside the company.

      Good on the going is easy not so good when problems arise.

      Pros

      Good place to start a technology consulting career, lot's of exposure to different projects. Fair salary increases. Possibility to search for projects in multiple countries.

      Cons

      Managed for the short term goals. Failure to understand the signs of the semiconductor market. In the Netherlands complete failure in understanding the semiconductor market and brace for the downsizing that was evident. Not enough experience at middle management level (Netherlands)
