      Pros

      Work in a multinational company with, frequent oportunities to work in other countries. Work in the country side, away from the confusion of the bigger cities.

      Cons

      Big mess of a company. Very disorganized. To me this is the biggest fault. As a result the resources are poorly allocated, it brings extra costs to clients, and even causes entropy in a way that many consultants spend a lot of time with nothing to do. Salaries are low, there aren't any good prospects of career evolution. Most managers dont seem to know what they are doing either in terms of managing and in technical terms.

      Reputation is loosing its shine, getting confused as its not a Product company but behaving like one, annual hikes are not inspiring, promotions have dried up
