      Pros

      Aricent is a global company. It has a pretty decent product engineering division that has been supporting the company P&L for years.

      Cons

      The carrier support services devision is now abandoned (this is the one I used to work for). Supposedly, a new management team was going to get the division back in track, but what they did is just close the business.
