      Some perks are ok, but they do not compensate the lower salary.

      Cons

      Low wages, no promotion, toxic environment, is a politic company pretending to be a software company. Local management promises are never delivered even when goals are meet.

      some projects can be very interesting...

      Cons

      Very low salary, they provide a company car but the number of kilometers allowed is ridiculous, hybrid work when it can easily be done fully remotely, no raises even with an excellent evaluation, you only get a raise if you present an offer to leave...
