      Worst company to work

      Good colleagues , Company phone, Remote work

      Cons

      There are lot to mention. Very very low pay. Way lesser than market standard. Impossible to survive in Porto or Lisbon and they are not interested in discussing salary revision. Worst management I have ever seen. No recognition to employees, no ethics. Managers are helpless because of worst upper management. Better to stay away from this company , its a sinking ship. Attrition rate is high and management is least bothered about it. And lots of partiality. Dear Expats , Don't join here and don't wait for them, they may cancel the offer anytime. They don't have any ethics, don't trust them. If you are coming, please change the company ASAP. There is no job security

      Supportive environment, slow growth

      Pros

      People are very nice, majority with agile values. Environment is supportive. Managers care about people even though they are many times overloaded. Flexible working hours, remote work possible, high trust and autonomy. Access to learning platforms.

      Cons

      Salary is ok, but not for the Porto or Lisbon location. Terrible fleet management, so that the benefit of a car becomes a nightmare. Company works on high margins and mostly is focused on output not outcomes. No integrations. Not many initiatives to meet your team. Very formal approach. Rather formal dress code in the office for management, even though its IT. The raises are low so better to ask for high value at the start. No career path for Scrum Masters, not clear appraisal politics. Expectations not clear at the start. Chaotic onboarding. 2-3 days of holidays are mandatory to take in December.

      Compensation is good ONLY for new employees.

      Cons

      -> Senior management does not respond when you are in need -> Management needs to learn management -> Will not treat you good if you try to leave -> Need to send many reminders to get a response from Immigration and HR
