      Work from home Salary on time Clear communication from boss and they do help in improving things in their capacity.

      Cons

      As Altran works as vendor, constant fight to get in project which has funding. Situation is tough as hiring recruiter or people who know there is need for people for a new project do not know who is available within company. Cold shoulder and no followup after completion of successful interview with client. Altran has acquired many companies and each has it's own HR/Management. They fight on who gets money/share of pie.
