      Never join Cisco TAC voice team at Altran Gurgaon site. Team leads are bullies and abusive.

      Good place to learn. Higher management is good.

      Cons

      Lower management at team level are bullies, abusive, use very bad language. Work environment is humiliating and insulting. Uneducated, goonds team leads, does n't have basic manners or skills to interact or handle team. HR is weak. Advice all to not join Cisco voice team, go for other good.companies with good work culture where you will also get good salary and you can happily work and also you can keep your self respect.

      Good company to work with. Very good policies and manager is very good. I am satisfied working here. Salary is also great.
