      no company interest in developing one's career. Business model focuses on short term goals of making money, and company expects the engineers will leave with in a couple of years, so do not invest in them.

      Cons

      Top Management is has no idea what they are doing. Late last year company was hiring and that we have to reach 14K+ employees. Now, since March 2015 company has started firing employees and it seems there are 1700 employees on bench which they can't keep. Company is unable to get new projects.
