      Good company for everyone except technical writers

      If you are a technical writer, join client project..NEVER PRODUCTS....

      Cons

      Work timings - 42.5 / week minimum (Saturday & Sunday-working, during the product release) 6-7% hike every year (Always Meet expectation. Those who argued with the manager. They will get low performance/PIP which means anytime you are jobless) No promotions Zero learning 100 mails per days (80% will be useless). Writing email for silly things like "I am in the office/I am on leave/I am leaving now etc in the subject line) Politics No Cab service Unlimited work from home for managers. HR -Useless [If you get a good manager (chances are very less), above points are not applicable]

      1. Very professional in terms of your work... 2. Great working conditions if your work is done you are free to do anything apart from that they have all sorts of indoor games so that you might relax yourself.... 3. Its more like an learning institute you can learn a lot in this company...

      1. Work load is very high... 2. No holidays given on festivals....

      Pros

      - Money. If you get to have a high stipend, of course. - fast-changing job, you can be involved in different (and maybe even interesting) tasks in a short time.

      Cons

      No career path. No recognition of people's value. No team building at all. Divide et impera, "don't care" version in place.
