1. Interaction with client 2. Pay better then TCS CTS wipro if joined as Fresher 3. On site opportunities are there (depending on the team)

1. No WFH below team lead level 2. Pressure from client and mangers 3. Micro management on time and work you do

Flexible Timings , Fun @ Work , Good Work Life Balance except those working in NSN and Cisco BU's , Office Culture

Cons

This is not the same company which was knows for its policies in past (During Flextronics , Hughes time) . HR policies , Management Policies are being revised and that too against the employee benefits .Attrition rate is quiet high (as large as 35% in some BU's) , Lack of Big and Stable projects , Clients.Recently One of its Major Client left them.They might even face the same fate as Sasken when Nortel went backrupt. Total restructuring of organisation ongoing after new CEO joined the company.

less package,most of the salary component is come under CIP(only given end of the year),PPF component is high,so package take home is less
