- Best part of the company for a fresher is its Nalanda training. - work environment is cool & most welcome part is the flexible timing. - No dress code, very good friendly team and environment. - Enjoyable work place as regular sports activities are conducted.

Cons

Monthly take home will be less and so you cant get satisfied from CTC. Less Promotions are given every cycle.

Cons

Lack of recognition. HR team is only to take care about joining & relieving formalities. Difficult to get time for personal life.
