u need not worry about money as long as u r in aricent. Since it deals mainly into telecom\datacom, it has a mark of its own in the industry

Cons

u cant change your project for 18 months even if u do not like the work at all. Sometimes repetitive work will frustrate you.

flexible timings is the only good thing that I can recall

Cons

valued only if a person has experience. else freshers dont have any value. Freshers should just listen and work accordingly, their words will never be considered( even if they are good) Managers are bad and unethical.
