Variable component is more. Notice period changed to 3 months. BU architecture is not employee friendly. i.e., Even if another BU has requirement suiting one's work profile, Manager/Director of your current BU not necessarily release you esp if you're a Vital or Best performer.

Cons

Appraisal system is poor(Not based on work done, based on no. of years you worked in current role). Hike is not based on your performance, its upon your immediate manager. Minimal role of HR.
