Pros
Nalanda training is good. Flexible timings, friendly people. Technical managers are good and understanding. You will get lot of things to learn , if you are in a project. Get more time for self learning. Evening transportation facility and evening snacks.
Cons
1. Very late joining date( may take more than 8 months). 2. Very less opportunities for freshers ( you may be on bench for more than a year). 3. Less pay, bad CIP. 4.Politics in appraisal, no matter how hard you work. 5. Freshers are taken for granted, will be pushed to testing though you have been trained for development and passionate about it. Charge code is very important here, and you will be asked to work without one. 6. Bad management, always trying to save themselves(not all). Managers are demotivating ( again not all, some lucky people do get good supportive managers) and don't care about employee's career.
