      The people are what makes working for Capgemini such a great experience. Management is very supportive, both in your job role and personal development. They care about your growth within the organisation, value your opinions and give you lots of responsibility. It is a safe and healthy place to start your career.

      Cons

      Compared to other graduate schemes, there aren't set rotations. You will have to find opportunities yourself, with support from your manager/reviewer. However, this encourages you to network, and put yourself out there. It can be a valuable learning experience, especially if you want to continue working for a large company like Capgemini.
