      Highly supportive environment, especially for beginners. Good work-life balance, at least for me.

      Cons

      Internal organization can be slightly messy. Several automated subscription that could spam your inbox.

      Pros

      Great, Knowledgeable People, fun atmosphere, great work-life balance and community feel, oppourtunity to work on a number of exciting projects.

      Cons

      Poor Training, Not clear progression path, Painful Review/Appraisal Process, Laid back culture - which although can be good, mean simple things take too long and become frustrating. Pay can be better to be more aligned with the marketplace.
