- HR support is literally non existent, they don't want to know or are simply incompetent - Work balance across those competent is heavily weighted, want to do everyone else's work? Again, take a look at working for Capgemini - The extra effort involved in the above is rarely recognised - Work/life balance extremely poor, long hours, large amounts of travel - Travel policy nowhere near being adequate, like standing on trains in standard class for hours on end? You've got it, Capgemini is the place to be - No career progression - Salary deductible benefits are compulsory
