      Pros

      Good colleagues and mentors - some from the grad program (if you are lucky) Work life balance is there

      Cons

      1) No corporate identity and culture. 2) HR is incredibly weak and does not make an effort to make good policies - do not be surprised if they give you monetary reward for good performance only to tie it with a bond. 3) No clear career progression / plan from management. 4) Management tends to be biased and do not back local employees. 5) Engage in bodyshopping as firm does not have a long term direction

      Pros

      I had a great experience at Capgemini. - Pay is at par with the current market standards. - Good work life balance with work from home option (in my project). - Nice projects and approachable HR.

      Cons

      - Too many employees at the same designation creates intense competition

      Pros

      The Dutch branch office is a great place to work if you want to be under paid, like overtime, don't mind bad coffee and like to walk around with your office stuff as their are no cabinets to store your stuff.

      Cons

      The Dutch branch office is totally off track since merger with a local competitor some years ago. What was once the pride of Dutch IT, feels nowadays as cheerful as a graveyard in the rain.
