      Being part of 2019 Future Leaders Programme has been an amazing journey for myself. I have built up my confidence and learnt how to manage the barriers that were preventing me from being the best version of myself. Who would have thought that replacing 'but' by 'yes and' would unleash an unlimited amount of creativity in every leaders' mind? This 8-month journey has also allowed me to gained a strong and long-term network of peers that I can now reach for support, for further active inclusion activities as well as for creating new opportunities within Capgemini.

      Toxic senior leadership that has no qualms in making low level employees collateral when going after managers, cliquey behavior surrounding business development work (which is needed for raises), and, tied into second point, “bro-like” culture that negatively affects women’s ability to succeed in company

      -pantry full of drinks and snacks -good medical benefits -flexiable working hours

      Cons

      -too much foreign talents -poor backend support (HR,IT, FINANCE, ADMIN) -poor management -disorganization -onboarding waited for 1 hour for HR to attend to me. Given a stack of papers to read on my own for 1 hour, systems is not well explained -poor attitude in finance and IT -lack of reply from admin when comes to mobile phone application and visa application. (Why we have fork out from own pockets first and reimburse?) -lack of IT support. Such a big company with 2 location but only 1 support staff!!
