They will lay you off when you require them most. Won't listen for anything even when they have positions of your skillset. Laid off pregnant women, laid off in September even when h1b was going to be activated on Oct 1st.

Wort experience in my salesforce career Toxic Work Culture. Top Management are bossy and bully. They only listen to you before you join the company and once you join they just exploit the employee and stop listening to them. They give false promises just to attract resources to join

Company keeps travel less for the employees

Pay is way lower than the market. Culture is in-competent. Leadership is even more in-competent and has no clue what they are doing. North America Leadership is down right in-competent from middle leadership to senior and executive at the topmost level and i can bet senior and executive leadership will not not find another job because of their competencies. Adding to this the iGate leadership, employees and culture have made this a downright 4th tier company. You see problems everywhere, leadership, Immigration issues, salary, HR issues and the list goes on..... This is a pure Indian company running its operations from North America.
