*60-day notice period, resulting to employee missed new opportunities *No other benefits aside from health card *No careerpath *Does not offer performance bonus *Does not offer increase even if the management submit a request for list of performers *Refuse to pay separation pay to employees who decline new roles offered due to unclear career path, they place employees to temporary lay-off without pay just to avoid paying severance pay, resulting an employee to resign. *Practices Constructive Dismissal by informing employees that they have company policy regarding voluntary resignation when employees decline offer. *Poor salary increase *Hold promotions of employees who waited for 2 years doing a level up role
