Pros
It was my first company who gave me break i.e. I have given 5 stars. In terms of learning and developing your skills, Capgemini will be like a University where you work, learn, fun, make friends and many more. They have long run reliable projects which will feed everyone. It is like a Govt. ofc (sort off) where employees will not get laid off due to project unavailability. They move from one project to another based on your skill set. Wonderful company to work with. I have got humble and kind friends and contacts and kind managers..who always support. Best balanced professional and personal work life.
Cons
Two major cons: 1) Organization hierarchy level (for getting a promotion). 2) Less salary pays as compare to others. 3) Sometimes they give 0% hike as well. Moreover, the cons are related to compensation. If you don't bother about it then it will be a nice place to work and if you are in the Manager role then life is set.
