benefits can be good , they include a car scheme. once you understand how to value the role and what it means to be a pm advisor (collections) the job itself is decent
Cons
Unpaid bonuses of up to £1050 just for missing 2 hours of work of which i offered to work back during the time period. Meanwhile all of my colleagues who had much worse attendance received there's. Poor training , dummy accounts were not available putting the entire group into panic before being thrown in the deep end
