      Pros

      Strong leadership whilst managing to be hands off at the same time Supportive “can-do” culture Hard but rewarding work - you get to work in some big-impact initiatives Flexible re location - home, office or hybrid.

      Cons

      All of the above depend upon which division you’re in The oversight “mother ship” can be a somewhat disingenuous at times
