Senior management and middle management treated staff with distain

Pros
Very few, people seemed to be friendly, a feeling that everyone was in same boat, but I felt that once management lost interest in me as I was not politically motivated and would not cow-tow to their every whim I was victimised along with others.
Cons
Senior management adopted an almost megalomaniac attitude to managing those below them, this reflected in completely unfair treatment of my peers by middle management and serious errors made in people and HR management which were admitted to but never apologised for, possibly one of the worst organisations I ever worked for.
