Causual attitude towards employee, Good environment to work

Cons

Not receiving the quoted the salary , Shifts changes every week ,No fixed weekoff,(changes are made at last minute), Can't plans leaves with weekoff properly because weekoff changes are so in last minute,No growth opportunities only lies are shared by the Hr while hiring
