Avoid this company at all costs, do your homework on media articles and the govt tribunal pages
Pros
Pension is good but only if you take advice in what funds to invest in and if your on a high salary will you find it worth while. Don't partake in the shares scheme, one big con. Look at the max life of the shares from 1980's to present.
Cons
Too much high staff turnover in work force from top down. Capita has had several financial directors come and go in short time. Too much office politics and managers bullying you to back them up (see Govt Tribunal website regarding Capita former employees taking Capita to court, new managers come and go using the company as a spring board and some of the managers committing fraudulent acts (see media articles regarding pension fraud). Keep being told to book holidays then told that you are unable to take holidays when required. (Reason for leaving)
