Pros

Many resources at your disposal to continually grow as an employee and individual (training, tuition reimbursement, health/wellness, etc.) Unified direction for most business areas; this vision enables quick alignment of priorities.

Cons

Size of company generates many checks and balances, so change is sometimes annoyingly slow. Hard to fail fast, unless you're part of an agile team that oversees specific products or projects.

Performance management process is terrible (performance ratings), college hires tend to be arrogant, office politics play into promotions (ratings)

Pros

Salary and benefits package mirror national averages. Resource information and individual support is readily available via internal website and phone.

Cons

Networking culture and continued elimination of talent as portfolios merge into the branded card model. Management is from the top down and agile based. BAU processes don't always fit in the agile space and are frowned upon.
