You felt like what you were doing was making things better for the customer; really living the brand "Change banking for good." When you end your day and cannot wait to go back tomorrow to make that difference.

Cons

It is a big corporation and everyone had their area of expertise; unfortunately this also led people to be very protective of their knowledge and data for fear of being replaced. There were many times that it felt like pulling teeth trying to get the different areas to work together or help out with what they knew.
