- Learning new stuff about cloud applications - Learning some banking terminologies

Cons

- Most toxic people ever to deal with, people start standup by picking on each other. - You don't write a single line of code, or possible 10 lines max but it's all the other times is mainly for configurations - Management don't know what to do and spend their time hanging their blame onto others for their mistakes. - You spend a lot of time chasing people to approve things for you to start working, may be months - People prolong processes to justify their bloated salaries.

Cons

Protectionism of established senior management disguised as "competition" by running a show of hiring and firing. A tall hierarchy of people with no skills. Technological acumen is inversely proportional to the rank in the hierarchy. Absolutely horrible performance management meant to run the show to keep certain blessed individuals in power. No idea of how tech companies are run. Competition with peers promotes unethical value system and makes employees participate in it.

Pros

Decent pay and flexible work from home options for some teams.

Cons

The company tries to be a technology company. They really do not care about technologists. Very political. Even providing creative solutions that save the company lot of money will not get you rewarded. Layoffs every 3 to 6 months. Constant team changes every 6 months. I would not recommend this place for technologists if you want to rise up in career.
