Pros

I work for Capital One in Sioux Falls, SD. There are a lot of things to love. Benefits (PTO, 401K match, Stock Purchasing Programs) are awesome. Capital One works really hard to try to be different that "just another call center". Casual environment is a plus. One of the biggest pro's is that it is a customer-centric organization from the top down - and they mean that.

Cons

If you get hired in at a good salary, you will do very well. If you get hired at a low rate, you have no chance of getting to where you want to be. Policy is to give a small raise with promotions, but not what you are worth. A lot of middle managers don't care and kick their feet up. Frustrating, but I guess you see that anywhere...

Pros

Great benefits - Capital One contributed to my 401K without me having to.

Cons

Management always trying to push numbers/sales onto employees. Management not on same page.
