Upper management decides how much of the work force should be in each score range. There will always be people marked below average but are actually good at their job. You can be laid off for performance if you fall below average even once. * a lot of c1 employees in upper management spent their entire career there. They likely understand how to play the rating system game well. *It’s hard to move up especially into senior manager or director level roles. *product management here can be more like project management. *company always has open positions because they are always turning people over based on whether they like them or not *Too many leadership and organizational changes. They say it’s normal but I don’t think it’s a good sign *overall not a place for growth or outsiders

Hiring new execs and laying off people whenever they please. It's not worth working at this garbage company. Even if you do well you will be punished with stack ranking system.
