      Pros

      Great healthcare, 401k, benefits in general. For a large corporation, still allows for good work/life balance and pays well for being in a low cost of living city.

      Cons

      Forced distributions at mid- and end-of-year reviews makes it difficult to move up; salary based on your original salary when you enter, which heightens the disparity between associates who move up the ranks vs. those who get hired in at higher salaries.
