      Multicultural, international environment, with a bit of luck you get to work with some very bright minds

      Cons

      no proper feedback culture, a lot of cliques and very bureaucratic, also very hard to get a promotion, people are very comfortable in their jobs and at some point it feels swampy as there is no chance of mobility upwards or any personal development opportunities
