      incompetent management

      Pros

      as an educator, the students. Colleagues are also clever and nice to work with.

      Cons

      University management are by and large incompetent I'm afraid. There is no vision for the university. They are not open to honest conversations, and often it is very very hard to find anyone in leadership to talk to.

      - Benefits like meal voucher - Vaccinations at work, - home office possible if the supervisor allows it - entertaining colleagues

      Cons

      - home office depending on the supervisor(good arguments do not count) - working harder is not appreciated - no to salary negotiations - very toxic environment - many leadership figures came to their position by luck and are not fit to lead a team - very inefficient structures - you have to network with the right people to be able to make a career, qualifications and hard work alone are not sufficient - very intransparent salaries
