Very bad salary False promisses Growing in position only if you're good friends with the teamlead Lies and gossips Teamlead is very unprofessional. High workload Careless to burnouts or health issues. Staff change a lot Quantity above quality!! Respect to employee is missing

Not a quality focused organization

Pros

One person on the leadership has a true understanding of how to actually manage clinical trials in a regulated fashion.

Cons

No processes, data integrity is questionable, COO leads teams in fear and has way to much input into operational tasks. Little to no influence on actual labs performing testing. Grossly under staffed with poor quality deliverables. No ownership or understanding of timelines. Lack of compliance with regulations and regulatory guidances.
