      There are no pros with this company

      Cons

      Really bad culture. Management not in touch with anything. All talk no action. Processes are terrible. Long hours and no appreciation. No or very poor training. Basically they are setting you up for failure. Don’t waste your time!!

      Interim job for paycheck reasons.

      Lack of leadership and management. No proper onboarding. HR absolute joke. Work loads are outrageous. Low morale among employees.
