      There are no pros with this company

      Cons

      Really bad culture. Management not in touch with anything. All talk no action. Processes are terrible. Long hours and no appreciation. No or very poor training. Basically they are setting you up for failure. Don’t waste your time!!

      This was a wonderful place to work right out of college! I got the tools and education I needed to start my career!

      Cons

      It may have changed a little bit since then but the office gossip and banter was a bit out of control! I hope that since then people are enjoying themselves more!
