Cons
Management is horrible. If they are challenged by you then they will do everything in their power to show you the door. The US office likes to rule in fear and wants people to be robots. There is no chance for overtime for hourly employees and the management expects salaried employees to work over 40 hours a week. There are no opportunities to work from home unless you are rubbing elbows with management. There are chances where you will have to work weekends (unless you are admin or logistics). HR only looks out for management and when there are concerns raised the management always wins No annual raises in the past three years . There is no support or camaraderie from the HQ at Belgium and people there are always throwing the US office under the bus. This place is definitely one to avoid
