-Little to no actual training. Most of what I did day to day was because I relied on my experience as a PM at another Central Lab, so I knew how things should be done. Otherwise I was in the dark. -Interdepartment teamwork and communication is non-existent. -Mass layoffs of US PM teams, but EU teams are largely untouched and safe -Management is toxic and extremely resistant to suggestions for improvement, especially if it comes from the US team instead of the EU team.

One person on the leadership has a true understanding of how to actually manage clinical trials in a regulated fashion.

Cons

No processes, data integrity is questionable, COO leads teams in fear and has way to much input into operational tasks. Little to no influence on actual labs performing testing. Grossly under staffed with poor quality deliverables. No ownership or understanding of timelines. Lack of compliance with regulations and regulatory guidances.
