Pros

Smart people to work with, ability to work remotely in many cases, good salary and benefits. Used to get great bonuses but not sure if that's going to be true going forward.

Cons

Constant churn, spending tons of money on consultants to supply answers that people already know. Especially if it's bad news, then the bad news comes from the consultant. Layoffs becoming yearly autumn event. I have no idea how anybody can still concentrate knowing that another layoff is bound to be around the corner. Felt like people were really covering their butts instead of collaborating. Got to the point where you didn't know who you could trust anymore.
