Pros

Takes excellent care of terminal employees. Good salary and decent benefits, but no raises to account for increasingly more expensive benefits. Excellent diversity employee population.

Cons

Very constrained environment today. Limited growth options due to excessive cost control. Poor innovation lifecycle management. Internal competition of products and lack of long-term resolve to address key issues, such as network management.
