Pros

Great flexibility in where you live, and work. Exciting projects and programs always keep a person growing. There is always a "can do" or "let's make it happen" attitude amongst the team.

Cons

I have thoroughly enjoyed working for Cisco. Of course, it feels as if the layoffs are becoming more the norm rather than the exception, which is never good.
