Pros

Great brand and reputation, industry leader, bright people, excellent opportunities to learn, generous tuition reimbursement, a lot of freedom as long as you get the job done, strong executive mgmt

Cons

With size comes bureaucracy, do not expect annual salary increases, as a global company many demands on work/life balance, in general very weak and inexperienced management at the director level, too much politics for a company that is trying to change the world
